The Tug Valley Panthers captured their first state championship in girls basketball, defeating the Cameron Dragons 63-45 in the Class A final. Kayla Baisden led the charge with 25 points, nine assists, and seven rebounds, including two banked-in three-pointers that symbolized the Panthers' dominant performance. Tug Valley took control in the second quarter, outscoring Cameron 20-6, and maintained their lead throughout the second half.
