David Frecks from Safer Water International Ministries (SWIM) talks about an upcoming event on October 3, 2026 at River Ridge Church from 8am to Noon where the group will assemble a chlorine producing unit (CPU) that easily creates enough chlorine, similar to what is used to disinfect tap water, that will make the water drinkable again. Each CPU can provide safe water for populations up to 10,000 people and if taken care of the CPU can last for years.
