Aubrey Sparks, Legal Director of the ACLU of WV, comes in to talk about a lawsuit ACLU filed on behalf of a Lincoln County family. The lawsuit is about getting the Legislature to do what the state constitution says and provide free education to WV students. With it having been years since the school formula as been reworked many school have had to close but it's not for the reason that is usually given when school closure notices come out.
