Three West Virginia Senate races could change the order of business at the Capitol. In District 1, incumbent Republican Laura Wakim Chapman faces Democratic Delegate Shawn Fluharty. In District 2, newcomers Republican Toby Haney and Democrat Chris Claypool vie for an open seat. And District 13 is a three-way race between Republican incumbent Mike Oliverio, Democratic Delegate John Williams and Libertarian Taylor Richmond.
