Moore Capito talks about the meetings that he and Matt Harvey around the state where they are talking to prosecutors and law enforcement about fraud in the state. They are creating a Fraud Task Force where law enforcement hands over the fraud and the US Attorneys will do the research and paper work then hand the fraud back to the law enforcement so they take the fraudsters down. It's a group effort.
