On Tuesday, March 17, 2026, Greater Beckley Christian survived a tough test from Webster County in a Class A quarterfinal matchup at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center.
Webster County jumped out early behind Kasey Farmer, who scored five quick points to give the Highlanders a 9-3 lead. Greater Beckley responded with a strong first-half performance from Javon Spencer, who poured in 13 points to help even the game.
The Crusaders used a 10-0 run capped by a three-pointer from Isaiah Gordon to take control late in the first quarter, but Webster County battled back. Joston Lewis and Ryder Wright helped the Highlanders reclaim the lead, and the game was tied 22-22 at halftime.
