There are also other issues that influence voting like affordability, data centers, if the person is mad and wants to take it out on someone by not voting for them, if they vote because it's their civic duty, etc. Brian figures that the WV Legislature will retain it's Republican Supermajority but the question is how many seats will the Democrats flip?
