Brent Walker talks about the new speed limit thru Charleston due a lot to the upcoming construction on the Big Blue Bridge. He also said they are putting down the anti skid surface around the I77/I64 split along with possible solar blinking lights to get traffic to slow down there to help stop drivers from crashing and going over the edge.
