Day 2 of the 2026 WVSSAC Girls Basketball State Tournament tips off from the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center, featuring a full day of quarterfinal action that will determine the semifinal matchups in Class AAA and Class AA.

Later in the afternoon, Spring Valley takes on East Fairmont in another Class AAA quarterfinal. The evening session features top-seeded Greenbrier East, the only undefeated girls team in West Virginia, taking on Hampshire. The Spartans posted their second perfect regular season in program history, led by Ava Workman, who averages just under 20 points per contest. Hampshire advanced to Charleston with a 55–52 regional victory over Lewis County and is led by Dae Knight, who averages 17 points per game.
In Class AA, Williamstown meets Philip Barbour in a matchup between two consistent tournament programs.
