Spring Valley has been one of West Virginia's most consistent high school football programs under head coach Brad Dingess, reaching the postseason every year since he took over in 2008. After an impressive run to the 2025 Class AAA semifinals, the Timberwolves enter 2026 with a much different roster—and plenty of questions to answer.
With just four returning starters, Spring Valley will rely on a talented but inexperienced group to make the jump from JV football to Friday night lights. Head coach Brad Dingess discusses replacing key playmakers, developing a new offensive line, and why the Timberwolves believe another playoff run is still within reach.
Hear Dingess break down the leadership of Caiden Lovejoy, the competition at running back, the importance of veteran lineman Judson Rich, and why continuity among his coaching staff has been the foundation of nearly two decades of success.
Can Spring Valley reload and remain among West Virginia's elite in Class AAA? Watch our full preseason preview to find out.
