University of Charleston President Marty Roth talks about the $1.92 million DOJ grant to provide free leadership training for West Virginia criminal justice professionals. He said it's a way for the university's professional instructors to help the professionals learn something new, make new connections and after they finish the class they will receive 15 credit hours they can use towards another choice. Hopefully this will give the professionals a boost that they can do it and they will take more college classes.
