He is also talking about how each party, Democrat and Republican, will do in his opinion. He states that in a non presidential election the President's party usually loses some seats and sometimes loses control over the US House and/or the US Senate. He talks about the 2026 Midterms could set up the Democrats for the next couple of elections if they can keep the momentum.
