Our Wonderful West Virginian this week is Rachel Heck. She holds a homeless outreach every Sunday in the Church of Christ parking lot in Clarksburg. She and some of her friends serve food, drinks, hand out supplies the homeless needs. She does it because she has been in their shoes.
