In the Class AAA Championship Game, Ripley defeated Frankfort 5-0 to claim their first state title since 2004, largely thanks to a complete game shutout by starting pitcher Jackson Curry. Curry was in control throughout the game, scattering three hits and striking out four. The Vikings' offense broke the game open in the bottom of the second inning, scoring all five of their runs on a series of singles and doubles, including key hits from Peyton Keller, Parker Keller, John Cummings, Eli Phalen, and Bryson Casto. Frankfort's starting pitcher, Jaxon Hare, allowed all five runs in three innings. Ripley's coach, Shane Casto, highlighted the team's consistent hitting and strong community support as factors in their success. The Vikings finished the tournament without allowing a single run in their two games.
