Williamstown remained perfect with a dominant 27-0 victory over Doddridge County, improving to 8-0 on the 2026 season.
Quarterback Breck Allen delivered several of the biggest plays for the Yellowjackets. Allen connected with Trenton Hall for two first-half touchdowns, including a 50-yard scoring play that gave Williamstown a 13-0 halftime advantage.
Allen then broke the game open in the third quarter, pulling the ball and racing 61 yards for a touchdown to extend the lead to 20-0.
Doddridge County found some success on the ground behind Kyle Satterfield and moved into Williamstown territory multiple times, but the Yellowjacket defense repeatedly came up with stops. On fourth down deep in Williamstown territory, Christian Hoosier helped deny Satterfield and force another turnover on downs.
Jack Moore finished the scoring with a 1-yard touchdown run late in the fourth quarter.
Williamstown’s defense posted the shutout while limiting Doddridge County to 196 total yards. The Yellowjackets have now held six opponents under 10 points this season.
With the 27-0 win, Williamstown remains unbeaten and captures the Little Kanawha Conference championship.
