Fresh off the program's first Class AAAA state championship in 20 years, Morgantown enters the 2026 season determined to defend its crown without dwelling on last year's success.

Head coach Sean Biser returns one of the state's top playmakers in reigning J.R. House Award winner Maddox Twigg, who accounted for more than 3,300 total yards and 44 touchdowns while leading the Mohigans to a state title.

Morgantown also welcomes back standout defenders Chase Travis and Brooks King, while veteran leaders look to bring along a new generation of starters.

With new faces on both lines, emerging skill position talent, and the addition of veteran assistant coach Mark Yoho, the Mohigans believe they have the pieces to make another championship run.
