Sgt. Travis Bailes talks about an accident at the split of I77/I64 where a car went over the barrier near the city garage. One person was deceased at the seen, another person died a couple hours later at the hospital and another is in stable condition at the hospital. The Department of Transportation and the Charleston Police Department are working together to come up with a solution to stop these cars from going over at the that split or at the Oakwood exit.
