Jim Stultz talks about how the Mount Rose Cemetery in Moundsville was vandalized. About 41 monuments where spray painted, some with swastikas. Jim says they are raising money to clean the monuments because they have to be professionally cleaned because they are made of stone. He also talks about whom all is buried there.
