Just days after he was named Judiciary chairman, reporting by West Virginia Watch revealed an incident shortly before Christmas where police responded to the home of Delegate Brandon Steele where he was intoxicated, armed with a rifle, and described as “extremely paranoid.” Roger Hanshaw is the Speaker of the House and he joins MetroNews Talkline to give his reaction to this incident and how the House plans to proceed.
