Ravenswood, despite Isaiah Morgan's 17 points and Jayden Rhodes' 15, struggled to find their shooting rhythm, resulting in their second consecutive runner-up finish. Wheeling Central's victory marked their 12th state title and their first since 2014, adding to the school's successful year, which also included a girls' basketball championship and a football title. The win was especially meaningful for the senior players, who had persevered through past tournament disappointments.
