Huntington Mayor Patrick Farrell talks about the grant the city received from the "STREETS" program. Huntington is one of 8 cities that will share the $96 million. "STREETS" provides funding to those eight communities over four years for the purpose of building “coordinated systems of care for people who are homeless and have serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or co-occurring disorders." It will help the homeless get the help they need.
