WV State Treasurer Larry Pack talks about the "Let's Keep the Ball Rolling" program and events. The "Keep the Ball Rolling" was created by Sean Ball, Larry Pack and a few others. The program gives schools $1500 to use for students as they see fit. There is no red tape when using the money. It's a fast way to take care of the kids. If a kid needs cleats so he can play on the soccer team, then a teacher or an administrator would get the money from the money the program gave the school, then go out and buy the kid cleats so they could play soccer.
