Say, did you hear about the big shindig down in Boone County? Well, they're having a drive-through Thanksgiving feast at Scott High School, which sounds like something straight out of a comedy routine, only it's actually wonderful! This whole operation is the brainchild of CEO Virgil Underwood—he started this fantastic tradition back in 2021 to make sure anyone who needs a turkey dinner gets one, and they do it with a dizzying speed! We're talking traditional fixings, all handed out by a massive team of cheerful volunteers, including high school students, who are all working faster than a banjo player with fire ants in his pants. Just drive up, grab your meal—it's fast! It's delicious! It's Monday, November 24th, from 11 AM to 2 PM, and it’s a beautiful way to say, "Happy Thanksgiving!" without having to worry about Uncle Fester showing up.
